YourWatch LLC Limited Warranty
YourWatch LLC stands behind the authenticity and condition of all watches sold through our website. We guarantee that these watches are genuine and in brand new/unworn condition, delivered in their original boxes and accompanied by a YourWatch LLC warranty.
Each YourWatch warranty is individually stamped with a unique serial number for identification purposes. We assure you that every watch we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered.
While we are not authorized dealers of the brand watches we sell, we source our watches from authorized dealers, distributors, and other reliable sources, both in the US and internationally. Rest assured, each watch is authentic and genuine.
Our limited warranty covers a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, as clearly stated in the detail sheet for each watch.
The Your Watch LLC warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery replacement
The Your Watch LLC warranty does not cover:
- Finishes such as (but not limited to) scratches, nicks, coatings, etc.
- Crystal or glass damage
- Straps such as (but not limited to) leather, fabric or rubber
- Damage due to wear and tear
- Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistant rating
- Damage due to physical shock and/or accidental abuse.
All warranty repairs are handled directly through YourWatch LLC. Opening, attempting to open, repairing, or attempting to repair the watch by any other source will void all warranties. Within the warranty period, YourWatch LLC will cover all parts and labor or, if necessary, replace the watch at our discretion. If you encounter a problem with your watch during the warranty period, return the watch to us for service. After inspection, if the fix is relatively simple, we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers.
In case the service required is of a more serious nature, we will return the watch to the respective manufacturer through one of our authorized dealers. Manufacturer repairs may take a minimum of two weeks and possibly up to eight weeks or longer, depending on the extent of the repair needed and if necessary parts are back-ordered.
For warranty returns, please contact us at +1(212) 888-6602. All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA #), which should be displayed on the outside of the shipping box. A watch returned without an authorization number will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and a detailed description of the problem, the return address, contact phone number(s) and email address.
Shipping and insurance for warranty returns to YourWatch LLC are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping via a traceable courier, such as UPS or USPS (do not ship via FedEx, as they do not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). The shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused, and in case of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be responsible.
Once repaired, YourWatch LLC will ship the watch back to the customer at our expense. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and our limited warranty ensures your peace of mind when purchasing a timepiece from YourWatch LLC.
