Your Watch LLC warrants that all new/unworn/pre-owned watches sold through our website are genuine and in brand new/unworn condition. The watches will be delivered in the original box and will include a Your Watch LLC Warranty.

Your Watch LLC will engrave/stamp an individual and unique serial number on each of our Warranties for identification purposes. Your Watch LLC guarantees that each watch we sell will bear the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered.

Your Watch LLC is not an authorized dealer of any brand watch we sell. We source our watches from authorized dealers, distributors and other reliable sources. We have arrangements with direct authorized dealers and distributors, both in the US and internationally.

The Your Watch LLC warranty is for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period duration is clearly displayed in the detail sheet for each watch.

The Your Watch LLC warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery replacement

The Your Watch LLC warranty does not cover:

  • Finishes such as (but not limited to) scratches, nicks, coatings, etc.
  • Crystal or glass damage
  • Straps such as (but not limited to) leather, fabric or rubber
  • Damage due to wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistant rating
  • Damage due to physical shock and/or accidental abuse.

All warranty repairs are handled directly through Your Watch LLC. Watches that have been opened, attempted to be opened, repaired or attempted to be repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Your Watch LLC will cover all parts and labor, or in certain circumstances, we will replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.

If you have a problem with your watch during the warranty period, you must return the watch to us for service. Upon inspection, if we determine that the fix is relatively simple, we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers.

If upon inspection we determine that the service required is of a more serious nature, we will return the watch to the respective manufacturer through our authorized dealers. The manufacturers will take a minimum of two weeks to repair a watch, and often take eight weeks or possibly longer if necessary parts are back ordered.

Should repair be necessary, please contact us at +1 (212) 888 6602. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter identifying the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and email address.

Shipping and insurance for warranty returns to Your Watch LLC are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (do not ship via FedEx as FedEx does not insure Watches or jewelry valued above $500). The shipment must be pre-paid and should be fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damage during shipment, the customer is responsible.

Once repaired Your Watch LLC will ship the watch back to the customer at our expense.
