Returns and Exchanges

YOUR WATCH LLC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your Watch LLC will accept returns or exchanges of products sold on this website only under the following conditions. There will be no deviations without written permission from an authorized representative of Your Watch LLC. If you are unable to meet any of the conditions, you may contact our customer service and we will try to assist, but make no assurances that we will be able to do so.

Seven-day return policy: Products that have not been worn or altered may be returned to Your Watch LLC in new and unused condition within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Your Watch LLC by sending an email to customerservice@yourwatch.com. You will be provided a Return Authorization Number which you must display on the outside of the package when returning it to us.  Any Product returned without authorization will be refused. The product must be returned within seven days of our issuance of a Return Authorization Number.

All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, hang tags and any other accessories accompanying your original purchase. Do not remove the bracelet links.

Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500, and we recommend that you use another courier; we will not be responsible for any losses if you use FedEx). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, you will be responsible.

Returns will be charged a 4% restocking fee and original shipping and insurance charges, and otherwise will be credited in full.

Restocking charges will be waived if a watch is returned for an exchange.

Credits will be issued as follows:

Credit card payments: credit will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

Check purchases: credit will be issued via check made payable to the original payer.

Wire purchases: Wires initiated within the USA will be credited via check made payable to the original sender. Wires initiated from international locations will be credited via wire to the original sender.

Bitcoin: All sales on Yourwatch.com are in US Dollar currency. Any & all payment credits or refunds for transactions with bitcoin payments (including over payments) shall be in US Dollars only, based on the US Dollar purchase price at the time of sale. We do not refund in bitcoin and do not take any responsibility for market value fluctuations.

If a Product is not in acceptable condition, or any of the other requirements for returns are not met, you will be responsible for arranging a shipping label, including full insurance, before the product will be returned to you. Your Watch LLC will not be responsible for shipping or any other related costs if there is a violation of our return policy.

Exclusions:

We provide a service in locating specific watches that we do not currently have in stock. If you identify a specific watch you wish to acquire, we will assist in placing inquiries with our distributors to locate the watch and determine the price. If we are successful, and you purchase such a specialty item, such a sale is final, and will not be subject to our return policy.

We do not accept returns on any purchases made by a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor or any person acting on behalf of manufacturers or distributors.
