Since its founding in 1846, Ulysse Nardin has created precision mechanical timepieces inspired by the maritime world. Along with the Marine, Diver, and Executive chronometers, Ulysse Nardin watches have also been used as official timekeepers by the navies of world powers. Other accolades include the Guinness world record holder for world's most functional watch, with the "Trilogy of Time" series Astrolabium, that records not only local and solar time, but the orbits and eclipses of the sun and the moon and the positions of several major stars, with 21 different functions.
